Library has several areas to help you make the most of information resources and support you in achieving your academic activities. We invite you to know the distribution of space and functionality of the various rooms.

 

 

Reading room

 

The reading room is the library entry. In this area you will find armchairs for reading comfortably; plus you'll also find electrical connections and check the newspapers and magazines and social outreach.

 

General Study Room

 

You can place it on the first floor library at the side of the stairs. General Study Room is the place designed for users to perform their academic study or work individually or in teams. It has sockets and wireless network for use of lap tops. In this space you can talk to moderate voice, as long as allow other students to study.

 

Collaborative Study Room

 

Because we are always thinking of you, Library has small rooms where you can perform your tasks or teamwork, among other things how to use audiovisual material. These feature nodes to connect to the network and electrical connections; your loan is for three hours and are subject to availability; so it may be renewed if there is no other person who requests it. When the room is occupied by several people, one of them will be responsible and must show their credentials in the circulation module to apply for your loan. Remember to leave the room, you must leave in order and go back to the circulation module to terminate the loan; and failure to do so, a fine will be generated because the loan is discharged in the system.

 

The downstairs rooms are equipped with equipment VCR, DVD and television, for unsolicited material for teachers and support classes, otherwise it will be considered as entertainment. When high demand for collaborative study rooms, library exists gives priority to students who come to study or use academic material, so if one room is being used for entertainment, the users will be asked to leave.

 

Single Room Studio

 

In this space, users can study or do their academic work individually with greater concentration, because the furniture in this section allows them to concentrate on their tasks and are provided with nodes to the Internet and some contacts of electric current. In this area it is essential to study silence to allow other users. It is ideal for when you want to read or consult a library material in depth.
