General Collection
Description: This collection makes up most of the books in the stacks of the library, are placed on open shelves according to the area of knowledge, following the order of the LC Classification (Library Congress).
Location: 2nd floor Library.
General Collection Policy: All material in this collection is available for external loan
Book Collection
Description: The collection consists of textbooks for all academic programs, as well as articles, documents and brochures that serve as immediate support for the successful development of such academic programs on campus.
Location: Circulation Module (1st floor Library).
Collection Reservation Policies: This material can be requested for consultation for three hours. The Reserve area material is constantly used by users, it can be renewed one time maximum module directly into the circulation, presenting credential current student / employee. During exam week, the loan period can be reduced to an hour due to the high demand for this type of resource.
Collection ITESM
Description: Includes works published by the Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as works written by professors from the Tec System.
Location: 1st floor of Library.

Collection San Luis Potosi
Description: The collection consists of materials with information on the state of San Luis Potosi and Potosi works by authors. This collection encourages learning, culture and interests of users to meet the relevant data from the federal state of which they are part. These materials mainly support the academic programs of high school.
Location: 1st floor of Library.

Periodicals and Newspaper Collection
Description: This collection includes magazines in print and digital format of scientific and commercial related to academic programs; in addition to four titles of local newspapers and 2 national titles in circulation.
Location: The daily newspaper and the latest magazines are in the reading room (1erpiso Library). Newspapers current month and the previous month; magazines and previous months are located in 2nd floor Library.
Policies or Newspaper Collection Periodicals: publications in printed form can be requested for consultation for three hours. For publications in digital format, you must have your PIN Library.
Collection of Audiovisual Material
Description: The collection consists of films including educational and commercial, music discs and interactive materials in CD or DVD formats that support academic programs and promote healthy culture and entertainment of users. The academic material format film is about conferences, courses, documentaries and films related to any issue of securities.
Location: Music CDs or CDs independent scholars find them on the 1st floor of Library Collection near consultation. Entertainment academic or DVD; as well as specialized CD-ROM are in the Circulation Module (1st floor Library). To know what we have in the collection we recommend first making your search catalog.
Policies Audiovisual Collection Material: In general, the material belonging to this collection may be requested at foreign loan for three days. In the case of some very specialized materials in these formats, as cases or manuals, the use of consultation is internal.

Description:

Use policies Digital Library:
The material in this collection is for the exclusive use of internal users; ie students, teachers, support staff and administrative staff and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on or off campus; except for local databases: Economática, Knovel, and PressDisplay In4Mex requiring internal campus wired network to function.
