Will be entitled to fine users who incur late renewal or material delivery; or those who have lost material belonging to the library:

• The cost per day of delay in delivery of material is $ 5.00 MXN per day and $10.00 MXN per hour for reserve material and magazines.

• After 20 days late in delivering material circulation or 5 days to reserve material, it is considered like lost and replacement will be charged.

• In case of loss of library materials by any user, you replace it with an identical copy, or otherwise be charged according to the following table, plus the fine generated:

• In the event that the material is delivered after being considered in replenishment you will always receive as it is in good condition and has not sent the payment thereof to the dministrative address. The student must pay for the days of delay penalty.

• Library management reserves the right to use the means at its disposal to investigate possible violations of these rules.

• Any conduct that merits punishment, will be analyzed by the management of Library and reported to the appropriate authorities of the Campus. These sanctions can cause suspension of user services, expulsion of the Campus and in some cases the technological system.

• Any sanctions will be applied according to the General Regulations Students of ITESM (Articles 20, 23, 27 and 28).
